Just in!! Lagos list Guidelines For Lock Down Easing

The Lagos state governor, Babajide Sanwolu in a press briefing as enumerated the guidelines to be followed when the lockdown easing commences on the 4th of May. The guidelines are as follows  

1. Stores to open 9 am to 3 pm on selected days 
2. Eateries to observe take always only within operating hours.
3. Food handlers to use face masks, hand gloves.
4. School to remain physically closed 
5. Religious gatherings remained suspended till further notice 
6. Transport operators, commuters to use face masks, wash hands, temperature check 
7. Transport operators to observe sanitizers, loading to 60 percent capacity. 
8.  No standing on buses Water transportation to close by 5pm.
9. Tricycles to board only two passengers at a time. 
10. Private coys to operate 9- to 3 pm daily with 60 percent capacity, including banks.
11. Banks to decontaminate ATM intermittently
12. Coys to make constant transport arrangements reduce the level of infection, observe social distancing.
13. Encourages whistleblowing against violators of directives.
14. Bars, restaurants remain closed till further notice. ..
15. To review compliance in. next two weeks
16.  Urges elderly above 65 to stay at home. 
17. Funerals are permitted with 20 gatherings, including officiating officers, no party.
18. The dusk to dawn curfew imposed by the Federal government to remain in force
