In the 1980s, during the IBB regime, the World Bank demanded that Nigeria enact SAP ( structural adjustment policies ) as a precondition for accessing its loans. There was widespread uproar in the country with debates for and against, with the majority against us going down that route. Texas based Nigerian Mr Hakeem Johnson Anifowoshe allegedly defrauds fellow Nigerian

A Nigerian man, Mr Hakeem Johnson Anifowoshe based in Arlington, Dallas Texas, United States has been reported to have allegedly defrauded his fellow Nigerian Mr Oshin to the tune of $32,000.
